Condo Bathrooms Renovation
With condos typically having smaller footprints, the bathroom spaces end up being tighter, which may make them feel cramped and dark. With the right layout and design, a small bathroom can feel much larger. These professional designs add value by squeezing the most out of the space and budget.

Hallway Bathroom
Down the hallway, you’ll find the first bathroom. The use of neutral, warm colors brings warmth to the space. Step in and immediately feel the warmth of the heated floor. Warm to the eye, and warm to the touch!
A Statement Piece
Your vanity is not just a place to get ready in the morning. It’s also one of the most eye-catching parts of the room. A beautiful book-matched walnut vanity and custom-made mirror with bright Bianco Superiore Quartzite. You can also find the same style of cabinets in the kitchen, creating design continuity throughout the home.
Frameless, Walk-in Shower
On the back wall, there is a large frameless glass-door walk-in shower. An elegant and timeless basketweave porcelain tile is used on the floor, and a porcelain wall tile wraps around the shower.

Self-Care, Relaxation, and Renewal
The owner’s bath is your private space for self-care, relaxation, and renewal. As it is often closest to the bedroom, it will most likely be used primarily for daily bathroom routines. Therefore, there are a few considerations that should be taken into account when designing the master bath.
Designing a Functional Layout
It all boils down to preference and what matters most to you. These clients could have easily fit a double vanity sink. Instead, they chose storage space. One sink leaves them with lots of counter space and drawers to store toothbrushes, make-up, hair-care items and more!
A Popular Countertop
Granite is affordable, durable, and a timeless look. Although granite is a popular choice in many households, it is a natural material, so each slab is bound to look different. This particular bathroom uses a Snowflake granite.
Selecting Sophisticated Neutral Tones
A calm, neutral background allows you to easily add in bold design elements. Add your flair and have fun with it!
